Buttermilk Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter or Crisco
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. buttermilk
    3 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. soda (in buttermilk)
    4 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. lemon flavoring
    6 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar.
    Add eggs and beat well.
    Add 1/2 of flour, beat 1 minute.
    Add rest of flour, then buttermilk last with flavoring and lemon juice.
    Bake in large tube pan at 300\u00b0 for about 1 hour, until top springs back to touch.
    Cool slightly before removing from pan.
