Ham, Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (10 oz.) pkg. broccoli
12 oz. chopped ham
14 slices Pepperidge Farm very thin white bread
1 (8 oz.) pkg. sharp cheese slices
4 eggs
2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Cook broccoli and drain.
Trim crusts from bread.
In buttered 12 x 8 x 2-inch pan, arrange 6 slices bread on bottom.
Top with cheese, then broccoli, then ham.
Cut rest of bread diagonally and arrange overlapping on top of casserole.
Butter each slice on top.
Beat eggs slightly; add milk, salt and mustard.
Pour over casserole.
Bake 45 minutes until set.
Cover with foil if bread gets too brown.
Serves 6 to 8.
Make night before and refrigerate.
