Japanese Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium cucumber
1/2 c. cider vinegar
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. soy sauce
salt
Preparation

Peel and thinly slice cucumber.
Set aside.
In a medium bowl, combine vinegar, sugar and soy sauce.
Add salt to taste.
Toss sliced cucumber with mixture and chill for about 1 hour.
Makes 3 servings.
