Chicken Burgers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. boneless and skinless chicken breast, ground
2 cloves garlic, ground
6 Tbsp. buttermilk
seasoned bread crumbs
Preparation

Mix ground chicken with ground garlic cloves and buttermilk. Form into six balls and carefully press into bread crumbs in patty shape.
Saute for one minute on each side in olive oil and place in baking dish.
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes at 325\u00b0.
Serve with honey-mustard mayonnaise.
