Ann Lynn'S Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. rice
    2 cans beef bouillon
    2 cans beef consomme
    1 stick margarine
    1 onion, chopped
    1/2 c. slivered almonds
Preparation
    Melt margarine in ovenproof casserole (2 to 3-quart Pyrex or Corning Ware square).
    Saute onions until translucent.
    Stir in rice and almonds.
    Pour in consomme and broth.
    Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes, until liquid is absorbed.
