Hot Fudge Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. cocoa
    1 stick butter, softened (not completely melted)
    1 c. evaporated milk
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Bring sugar, cocoa and butter to a boil (medium heat).
    Cook 1 minute or until sugar dissolves.
    Remove from heat; add evaporated milk.
    Return to heat; boil 3 or 4 minutes.
    Remove from heat; add vanilla.
