Pineapple And Cottage Cheese Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can crushed pineapple
1 small carton cottage cheese
1 pkg. lime Jell-O
1 pkg. lemon Jell-O
1/4 c. mayonnaise
3/4 c. chopped nuts
2 c. boiling water
Preparation

Add the lime Jell-O and lemon Jell-O to 2 cups boiling water and set aside to cool.
(Be sure to use only 2 cups water as the liquid in the pineapple will also be used.) When Jell-O has started to set, add the remaining ingredients and let set in refrigerator until set.
