Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked squash, drained well
    1 medium onion, cooked
    1 c. mayonnaise
    approximately 12 saltine crackers, crushed
    3 eggs, well beaten
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch dressing mix
    1 box Better Cheddars crackers
    liquid margarine
Preparation
    Mix squash and onion and mash well.
    Drain well.
    Add mayonnaise, crushed crackers, eggs, cheese and Hidden Valley dressing mix.
    Mix well and pour into a greased casserole dish. Top with crushed Better Cheddar crackers that have been mixed with liquid margarine.
    Bake for 30 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven or until firm.
