Chicken Gumbo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1 slice bacon, diced
    1/2 green pepper
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1 garlic clove, minced
    1 tsp. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    dash of pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
    4 or more chicken breasts, cooked
    2 to 3 c. water
    1 small jar mushrooms
    1 c. frozen okra
    1 1/2 tsp. file powder
Preparation
    Combine flour and oil.
    Cook until lightly browned.
    Stir in bacon; cook 1 minute.
    Add onion, pepper and garlic; cook until onion is tender.
    Add the next 8 ingredients.
    Simmer for 45 minutes, until chicken is tender.
    Add okra the last 10 minutes of cooking.
    Stir in file.
    Serve over rice.
    Can be frozen.
