Pastry Pie Shell - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. self-rising flour
1/2 c. shortening
2/3 c. buttermilk
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together.
Make into a ball of dough. Knead the dough until it gets hard enough to roll out.
Divide it in half; roll it out.
Put in pan.
Makes 2 pastry pie shells.
