Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
    4 eggs
    2 Tbsp. baking soda
    2 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. cinnamon
    3 c. carrots, grated (raw)
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Beat sugar and oil; add eggs and cream.
    Then add flour, soda, salt and cinnamon; add to first mixture and put in carrots and nuts.
    Pour into greased and floured pan and bake in 300\u00b0 oven for 40 minutes.
