Apricot Delight - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large box apricot Jell-O
1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1/2 c. sugar
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. cold water
1 medium carton Cool Whip
Preparation

Cook Jell-O, crushed pineapple and sugar 2 minutes.
Let cool. Whip cream cheese and water.
Stir this into the cooled Jell-O mixture.
When set, stir in a box of Cool Whip.
