Cream Cheese Roll-Ups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 loaf white bread, trim crusts and roll out thinly with a dough roller
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 egg yolk
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. flavoring (optional; lemon, almond, vanilla)
Preparation
    Mix cheese, egg yolk, sugar and flavoring.
    Spread on bread slices.
    Roll up; dip in melted butter and roll in a cinnamon and sugar mixture.
    Bake 10 minutes at 350\u00b0.
