Rhubarb Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
3/4 c. chopped pecans (optional)
1 egg
1/4 c. vegetable oil
3/4 c. orange juice
1 1/4 c. finely chopped rhubarb *

Preparation

*Or can use cranberries instead of rhubarb.
