Hash Brown Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large bag frozen hash browns
    10 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    8 oz. sour cream
    1 stick margarine
    2 c. crushed corn flakes
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Saute onions in half of margarine.
    Mix all other ingredients together, except crushed corn flakes and half of margarine.
    Pour in a large casserole dish (9 x 13-inch).
    Melt the remaining margarine and combine with corn flake crumbs.
    Sprinkle over top of potato mixture and bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
