Cream Cheese Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. 8 oz. softened cream cheese
    1 c. granulated sugar
    3 eggs
    1 c. sour cream
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    3 premade graham cracker shells
Preparation
    Beat cream
    cheese
    and sugar until blended well.
    (Use electric hand beater;
    make
    sure
    mixture is soft.) Add eggs, sour cream and
    vanilla;
    mix well until smooth.
    Pour mixture into graham
    cracker
    shells (should be filled about halfway). Place on trays and\tbake
    in oven at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes until lightly brown
    on
    top.
    After
    cooling they will shrink into
    shells.
    Refrigerate
    until
    cold.\tCover
    with
    fruit topping of choice.\tCut into 6 or 8 portions and decorate with whipped cream.
