Play Dough - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. flour
8 Tbsp. cream of tartar
2 c. salt
1/2 c. salad oil
4 c. water
Preparation

Mix all ingredients and cook on low heat until ball forms, about 3 to 5 minutes and stir.
Let cool.
Knead until smooth. Divide; add food coloring as desired.
Store in airtight container in the fridge.
