Mints - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. cream cheese
    2 boxes confectioners sugar
    food coloring
    1 1/2 tsp. peppermint flavoring or 1/4 tsp. peppermint oil
Preparation
    Mix all.
    Works great in mint molds.
    Store in airtight container.
    Store in cool place.
    Not refrigerator.
