Black Bean Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. dry black beans
    1/2 c. diced green pepper
    1/2 c. diced red pepper
    1/3 c. cooked corn
    1/2 c. green onions, diced
    3 cloves garlic, mashed
    3 Tbsp. freshly squeezed lime juice
    1 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. extra virgin olive oil
    few drops red pepper sauce
    2 hard-boiled eggs
Preparation
    Soak beans overnight.
    Cook until tender (up to 2 hours). Combine beans, peppers, corn and onions in a bowl.
    Gently mix. Mix garlic, lime juice, salt, olive oil and red pepper sauce. Pour over bean mixture.
    Garnish with sliced, hard-boiled eggs. Refrigerate several hours until cold.
