Crab Meat Roll-Ups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    20 slices square white bread
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    3/4 lb. margarine, divided into 1/2 lb. and 1/4 lb.
    2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans crab meat or lobster
    sesame seed
Preparation
    Trim crusts from the bread.
    Flatten bread with a rolling pin. Melt Velveeta and 1/2 pound of butter over low heat.
    Cool; stir in crab.
    Spread on bread slices.
    Roll up.
    Brush rolls with remaining butter, melted.
    Sprinkle with sesame seed.
    Place seam side down on a foil-lined cookie sheet.
    May be frozen at this point.
    When ready to bake, cut in half.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
