Healthy Vegi-Dill Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. low-fat buttermilk
    1 c. low-fat cottage cheese
    1 c. low-fat yogurt
    1/2 tsp. dried dill weed
    assorted fresh vegetables
Preparation
    Blend the buttermilk, cottage cheese and yogurt in blender until smooth.
    Stir in dill weed to taste.
    Serve with fresh vegetables.
