Swedish Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground round steak
1 lb. ground pork
1 lb. ground veal
2 eggs
2 slices bread
1 onion
pinch of allspice
Preparation

Work well.
Add eggs and bread, moistened with milk or water. Add onion (finely chopped or grated) and allspice.
Work with hands until well blended.
Make into small sized balls.
Fry until brown.
Add 1 cup of water.
Simmer 1/2 to 3/4 hours.
