Pepper Relish Or Sandwich Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 green bell peppers
    12 red bell peppers
    3 large onions
    1 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. vinegar
    1 qt. mayonnaise
    1 medium jar mustard
Preparation
    Grind
    peppers\tand
    onions;
    sprinkle\twith salt.
    Let stand for several hours or overnight.
    Drain good.
    Mix flour, sugar and vinegar together.
    Heat for a few minutes, stirring constantly to dissolve sugar.\tAdd pepper mixture and boil for 1
    minute. Lower
    heat and cook until done.
    Stir often as it sticks
    easy to\tbottom\tof pan.
    Add mayonnaise and mustard. Get good and hot; turn heat off.
    Fill jars and seal.
