Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. yellow and green squash, combined, cooked, drained and sliced
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 stick butter
    8 oz. sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 raw carrot, grated
    1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing crumbs (8 oz.)
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Saute
    onion in butter; add squash, sour cream, soup, carrot, salt and pepper.
    Lay in buttered casserole dish mixture, crumbs, mixture and crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
