Swiss Baked Eggs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 strip bacon, crisp
    1 Tbsp. half and half
    2 Tbsp. grated Swiss cheese
    1 egg
    dash of salt
    1/2 tsp. chopped chives
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Crumble 1 slice of bacon for each serving in custard cups.
    Add cream and 1 tablespoon Swiss cheese. Add 1 unbeaten egg to each dish and sprinkle with salt.
    Set dish in a shallow baking pan filled with water and bake 15 minutes. Sprinkle with 1/2 teaspoon chives and remaining 1 tablespoon cheese.
    Bake an additional 5 minutes or until egg is set.
