Chicken Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

boneless chicken breast (as desired)
Mozzarella cheese
long thin slices of sandwich ham
sprigs of fresh dill or sage
beaten egg
flour
bread crumbs (for coating)
Preparation

Place each piece of chicken between two pieces of waxed paper; pound thin, at least 1/4-inch thick.
On each piece of chicken, place 1/2 slice of cheese and 1/2 slice ham.
May add a small sprig of sage or dill at this time.
Roll each piece and secure with a toothpick.
Dip each piece in flour, then in beaten egg, then in bread crumbs.
Fry in hot oil until lightly browned on both sides, about 5 minutes on each side.
