Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 gal. green tomatoes, chopped
    1 Tbsp. salt
    3 red peppers
    6 green peppers
    1 small cabbage
    4 1/2 c. vinegar
    3 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. celery seed
    1 Tbsp. mustard seed
    1 1/2 tsp. whole cloves
Preparation
    Combine the chopped green tomatoes and salt.
    Let stand overnight.
    Drain.
    Grind the peppers and cabbage.
    Combine all ingredients and cook for 35 to 40 minutes.
    Can and seal.
