Butterfly Gelatin Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. boiling water
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. lime gelatin
    1 c. cold water
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 large tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. shredded coconut
    1/2 c. chopped radish
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
Preparation
    Pour boiling water over gelatin; stir until completely dissolved.
    Add cold water, vinegar, salt and pepper.
    Pour 1/2 cup of the mixture into 9-inch round cake pan.
    Set aside.
