White Chocolate Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter
    1/4 c. shortening
    1 oz. white chocolate, melted
    1 lb. powdered sugar, sifted
    1/2 c. whipping cream
    pinch of salt
    1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
    few drops almond extract
    1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Cream butter and shortening in a mixing bowl at medium speed of an electric mixer; add melted chocolate.
    Gradually add 1/2 of the powdered sugar; beat well.
    Add salt, flavorings and lemon juice.
    Gradually add remaining powdered sugar and whipping cream alternately, beginning and ending with sugar.
    Mix well after each addition.
