Snitzel - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 to 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    4 eggs
    1/8 or less c. milk
    large pot of water
Preparation
    Stir all ingredients together until a stringy consistency. Boil water.
    With a vegetable strainer, strain mixture through into rapidly boiling water.
    Use spatula or back of spoon as press.
    Boil 6 to 8 minutes.
    Serves 4.
