Squash Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. Martha White Mexican cornbread mix
    1 tsp. baking powder
    6 or 7 medium squash, sliced
    1 stick margarine
    1 onion
    1 bell pepper
    1 jar pimentos (small)
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/4 c. water
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese (or substitute)
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Add baking powder to cornbread mix and prepare as directed on package.
    Melt margarine in heavy skillet.
    Add squash, onion and bell pepper.
    Saute until tender.
    Transfer to casserole dish and add all other ingredients.
    Mix well.
    Crumble cornbread and add to mixture, stirring slightly.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
