Rayta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. finely diced cucumber
    2 Tbsp. shredded coconut, sweetened
    2 c. yogurt
    1/2 green pepper, cut in small pieces
    1/2 tsp. cumin seed
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Dice cucumber and green pepper.
    Add salt.
    Let stand for 15 minutes.
    Drain and squeeze out extra moisture.
    Stir yogurt in bowl for 5 minutes.
    Add cucumber, coconut, sugar and green pepper.
    Stir again.
    Rub cumin seed and add.
    Stir again.
    Put in refrigerator if prepared early.
