Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hot sausage
    8 oz. can refrigerated crescent rolls
    2 c. grated Mozzarella or Cheddar cheese (I use 1 c. each)
    4 eggs, beaten
    3/4 c. milk
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Crumble sausage into a skillet and cook until brown. Drain well.
    Line bottom of a buttered 9 x 13-inch baking dish with crescent rolls, pressing edges together to seal. Sprinkle with sausage and cheese.
    Beat remaining ingredients together well and pour over sausage and cheese.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes or until set.
    Let stand about 10 minutes, then cut into squares and serve.
    Serves 6 to 8.
