Bread Pudding - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 slices white bread
1 stick margarine
4 eggs
5 c. milk
1 1/4 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1 c. raisins
Preparation

Melt margarine and dip each slice of bread into it.
Stack and slice through into triangles.
Scal milk and add beaten eggs and sugar.
Add milk and raisins.
Place bread in flat baking dish and pour liquid over all.
Sprinkle with cinnamon.
Place pudding dish in another pan with hot water.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
This is a very delicious pudding.
