Ingredients
    2 c. oat flakes
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    1/2 c. raisins or dried fruit
    fruit juice
    1/2 c. sunflower seeds
    1/4 c. sesame seed
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Soak in fruit juice overnight.
    Variety is all but endless varying fruits, nuts and juices. Makes 10 servings.
    Each serving contains 167 calories and 9.92 grams fat.
