Pink Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 large can crushed pineapple
1 large pkg. strawberry jello
1 c. cottage cheese
1 c. sour cream
1 large carton Cool Whip
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. coconut

Preparation

Place pineapple in large saucepan; add jello and heat until jello dissolves.
Cool slightly.
Mix remaining ingredients thoroughly and stir into jello mixture.
Chill until firm.
