Chicken Nuggets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. boneless chicken breasts
    3 1/2 c. cornflakes, crushed
    2 Tbsp. skim milk or buttermilk
    1 Egg Beaters or 2 egg whites
Preparation
    Whisk Egg Beaters with milk.
    Skin the chicken and cut into nuggets.
    Dip pieces in egg mixture, then roll in cornflakes.
    Put coated nuggets on a cookie sheet.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes. Serve with barbecue sauce, honey and mustard or fat-free Ranch dressing as dipping sauces.
