Sour Cream Noodle Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. medium noodles
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 c. cottage cheese
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. chopped green onion
    3/4 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
    Cook noodles according to directions.
    Rinse and drain.
    In skillet, brown meat in butter.
    Add salt and tomato sauce. Simmer 5 minutes.
    Combine cottage cheese, sour cream, onion and noodles.
