Cornmeal Pumpkin Muffins - cooking recipe

2 c. White Lily self-rising buttermilk cornmeal mix
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 egg, beaten
1/2 can pumpkin
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. honey
1/4 c. vegetable oil
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Grease 12 muffin cups.
Mix cornmeal, cinnamon and nutmeg.
Combine egg, pumpkin, milk and honey.
All at once, add to dry ingredients, stirring until dry ingredients are moistened.
Fill prepared muffin cups 2/3 full.
Bake 18 to 20 minutes or until brown.
