Quiche Lorraine - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (9-inch) pie shell
8 slices bacon
1 chopped green onion
2 c. whole milk
6 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. onion salt
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
Preparation

Line 9-inch pie pan with pastry.
Cook bacon in microwave and crumble (about 7 minutes).
Beat eggs with mixer; add onion salt and cheese.
Stir in green onion and bacon.
Add milk and blend well with mixer.
Pour into pie shell and bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes or until set.
Let sit about 5 to 10 minutes before cutting.
