Easy Oven Omelet - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. butter
1 1/2 doz. eggs
1 c. sour cream
1 c. milk
2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Melt butter in 9 x 12-inch pan.
Mix any other ingredients together (precooked sausage, ham, green pepper, onion, cheese or whatever you like).
Stir in sour cream, milk, salt and eggs. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until done.
This is a nice dish to make ahead of time for a brunch.
