Chocolate Fudge - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 c. sugar
5 Tbsp. cocoa
1 large can Pet milk
2 heaping c. pecans
1 Tbsp. vanilla
lump of butter
1 c. white Karo
Preparation

Mix sugar, cocoa, Karo and Pet milk before cooking.
Start off cooking on high heat, stirring slowly.
When starts bubbling, lower heat to medium, stirring occasionally.
When it forms a soft ball in cold water, take off heat.
Add vanilla and butter.
Put in sink in cold water.
Add pecans and start stirring.
Stir until it thickens enough to pour up in a buttered 9 x 13-inch pan.
Cut candy into pieces before it hardens!
