2/3 c. fat
1 tsp. salt
5 to 6 Tbsp. cold water
Preparation

Mix and sift
dry
ingredients.
Add fat and mix deftly with fingers or\tblender until fat particles are size of small peas. Sprinkle the
water,
a
tablespoon
at
a time, over a portion of the
mixture
while
tossing lightly.
Mixture will cling together when
pressed lightly with finger.\tDivide into 2 portions.
