Yeast Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. Crisco lard (has to be vegetable lard)
    2/3 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. water
    4 eggs, slightly beaten
    3 pkg. powdered yeast
    flour
Preparation
    Boil lard, sugar, salt and water until dissolved.
    Let cool to lukewarm.
    Add yeast and make sure it is completely dissolved. Add eggs and make sure the eggs are room temperature.
    Then add flour, 2 cups at a time until the dough doesn't stick to hands. Let set in bowl for half an hour.
    Then grease cookie sheet and make into roll and set another 1/2 hour.
    Make sure to cover the rolls when they set.
    No breeze should blow on them.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
    Makes 45 rolls.
    From start to finish takes about 2 hours.
