Raisin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. raisins
    1 c. sugar
    2 c. water
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. lemon extract
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation
    Cook raisins, sugar, water, salt and butter for 5 minutes. Dissolve cornstarch in 3 tablespoons of water.
    Add to raisin mixture and cook for 5 more minutes.
    Remove from heat and add lemon extract.
    Pour into pastry lined pie plate.
    Cover with lattice crust top.
