Cream Of Wheat Dumplings - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. milk
2 eggs
2 Tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. parsley
1/2 c. Cream of Wheat
Preparation

Bring milk and salt to a boil in saucepan.
Add Cream of Wheat. Cook until thickened.
Remove from heat and beat in butter and eggs until well mixed.
Stir in parsley.
Drop by spoonfuls into soup.
Simmer, covered, for 8 to 10 minutes.
