Salmon Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can pink salmon
    1 heaping tsp. baking powder
    1/4 c. salmon juice
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 egg
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. chopped green onions
Preparation
    Separate salmon from juice; remove vertabrae. Mix egg into salmon with fork.
    In small bowl, combine juice and baking powder; pour into salmon mixture with onions and garlic.
    Mix with fork. Add flour.
    Drop by teaspoonful into 1/2-inch hot grease in skillet.
    Brown each side.
    Drain on paper towel and serve hot.
