Honey Wheat Bread(This Uses Less Sugar, Salt And Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 to 3 c. all-purpose flour, divided
    3 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    1 c. milk
    1 1/4 c. water
    1/4 c. honey
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    1 Tbsp. salt
Preparation
    In large bowl, combine 2 cups flour, 2 cups whole wheat and yeast.
    In saucepan, heat milk, water, honey, butter and salt to 120\u00b0 to 130\u00b0.
    Add to flour mixture.
    Blend on low speed until moistened.
    Beat on medium 3 minutes.
    Gradually add remaining whole wheat flour and enough of the white flour to form a soft dough.
    Turn out and knead 6 to 8 minutes.
    Place in greased bowl, turning once to grease top.
    Cover and let rise until doubled, about 1 hour.
    Punch dough down.
    Shape into 2 loaves.
    Place in greased loaf pans.
    Cover and let rise until doubled.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes.
    Cool on wire racks.
