Three Bean Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. can green beans
    1 lb. can yellow beans
    1 lb. can kidney beans
    1 lb. can chickpeas (optional)
    1/2 c. chopped pepper
    1 onion, thinly sliced
    1/2 c. sugar
    2/3 c. vinegar
    1/3 c. oil
    2/3 c. vinegar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Drain and combine green beans, yellow beans, kidney beans and chickpeas.
    Add pepper and onion.
    Combine sugar, oil, salt and pepper.
    Add to bean mixture.
    Chill overnight.
