No Peek Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (6 oz.) pkg. white and wild rice
1 (10 oz.) can golden mushroom soup
1 (10 oz.) can celery soup
1 1/3 soup can water
8 chicken breasts
1/2 stick butter or margarine
1/3 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
Preparation

Mix rice, soups and water together.
Butter 9 x 13-inch oblong baking dish.
Put rice mixture on the bottom.
Place deboned, halved and skinned chicken over mixture.
Melt margarine and pour over chicken breasts.
Sprinkle dry soup mix over chicken.
Cover with heavy foil.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 2 to 2 1/2 hours.
Don't peek. Serves 6 to 8.
